Heavenly Day - day 2

I noticed it worked kind of fast. I have to continue doing to see result and most hopeful it would be a living and authentic proofs to my children. Friends are feeling the positive vibes I am projecting. A constant reminder is a non stop prayer within this 41 days. I realise there will be disturbance at every here and there which it becomes the channel for feedbacks to arrive to me. Scepticsm is the number one enemy. Hold that fast. Do that away.
I have ample time..yeah before year end. 17 nov 2012.

Manifest your destiny - day 1

It is recommended to set a goal on 30 days. But I'm giving myself 41 days to put in line with setting a new habit. I found a YouTube vid which I should be viewing at least three times daily. But I couldn't find it on the second day. LOL ... What a pathetic beginning. No seat! I found something equally interesting and helpful. A book entitled let love in by Debbie brendt. It also led me to more inspiring videos in attaining my aspiration in my wish lists.

I suppose this pic tells a chunk of my lifestyle. Wink wink 😜

God consciousness

Behold! it is not permissible for a woman to give to anyone without permission of the husband. You're only entrusted to take care of the property. Prophet saw continue to remind the man to treat the woman right.

All debt must be repaid. All property must be returned.

No body is responsible of his wrongdoings but himself.

Don't turn astray from Allah swt.

Lean is basically people expect more with less resources , in other words maximize output with minimal input.
Alignment - getting the right thing or people to the right job or right thing.

Thinking school

How to find short term wins to transform a school into a thinking school. Tools suggested are final countdown and brick wall method. Let them come out with whatever issues that standing in their ways. How to go about creating whole school thinking. Come out with a specific action plan. Then examples will be shared so better ideas of implementation are grasped .

Alkhadeem Sunday class

Islam is easy and beautiful. Display the ease and beauty hence more will respond to the most beautiful faith. Make it easy but not to the extent of transgressing the true teaching of Islam.

The girls got really excited I supposed. They just couldn't help it which I wasn't sure of the real reason behind it. I assume it could be due to the size. They really got hooked with the white man. So, huhuhu colored man, do take a lesson! Frankly, geli den tengok gambar ni hehehe

This group of students wasn't so lucky. They made me changed the whole idea of making it an open book test. I got really pissed off out of some smart Alex tried lobbying for easy way out. Longer exam time, earlier dismissal time, staggered exam time so on and so forth. Hello guys, do you think I'm here to entertain your unscrupulous request.

LCM

It is a big thing for a newbie like myself. Haha.. And it was from this big buddy. It was about Leadership Coaching and Mentoring shared by a professor from Waikato university in New Zealand. I like it he said he has moved away from the generic model - GROW to dialogic coaching. :)

My weekend endeavor

This is my third semester doing part time lecturing education classes. Today is their quiz day. I made it open-book. They are struggling but honestly is just a matter of a way to make them think and reflect on what they have been doing in their classroom all this while.

When September comes..,

O Allah , I thank You for blessing me with wonderful parents, siblings, daughters, families and friends. On this special day of mine, they made prayers and well wishes especially for me. O Allah, for as much as they want good for me, and much more, I am praying you grant them goodness, grant them their heart wishes whichever pleases you for You are the Most-Knowing. Ameen.

They made calls, sent SMS, PM, posted on FB and birthday dinner by my girls and supper by my sister are just awesome!

Lunch endeavour

He is a man who charted some of my thinking path on educational leadership, a field I am very much in now. Seeing him looking steady two days after a heart bypass strengthened the impression I always have about him. I was in national heart institute during lunch break today visiting my former school principal of one of the schools i thought in. He was a heavy smoker, brave, determined but at the same time go easy with almost everything.
Prior to the hospital visit was a school visit that I posted earlier. The school visit apparently had prompted me to go surfing the net which then I finally stumbled into a blog http://www.johndcook.com/blog/2012/09/12/mental-indigestion/#comments
A lot of interesting educational concerns shared and I am looking forward to drop by again.

Nightmare it was huhuu....

In twenty two years exploration of education career I had been posted here for a relatively short period of time and I left with an overwhelming experience and memories on teaching the boy schools. Worst still it is a school right in the city of our capital, kuala lumpur. Nightmare it was and eventually turned into priceless experience and memorable space and time of my life.

Early mornings

This time of the day! Yup, this exact time of the day I like most. Hard to find, hard to get since I must sacrifice something so dear to me also that is the peace of sleeping. conundrum ! Paradox! Nuances! Dilemma! Are those the words!

On my iPad

Left all alone at home with the space I needed most. Serene is the word despite the clutterings.. Things due for goodwill still seen reluctant o make their moves. I am darn good in making it sounds nicer on my side that it is not me who's been clinging to the old stuff. Hey people I am not at fault .
