Let them come out with whatever issues that standing in their ways. How to go about creating whole school thinking. Come out with a specific action plan. Then examples will be shared so better ideas of implementation are grasped .

This group of students wasn't so lucky. They made me changed the whole idea of making it an open book test. I got really pissed off out of some smart Alex tried lobbying for easy way out. Longer exam time, earlier dismissal time, staggered exam time so on and so forth. Hello guys, do you think I'm here to entertain your unscrupulous request.

LCM

It is a big thing for a newbie like myself. Haha.. And it was from this big buddy. It was about Leadership Coaching and Mentoring shared by a professor from Waikato university in New Zealand. I like it he said he has moved away from the generic model - GROW to dialogic coaching. :)

My weekend endeavor

This is my third semester doing part time lecturing education classes. Today is their quiz day. I made it open-book. They are struggling but honestly is just a matter of a way to make them think and reflect on what they have been doing in their classroom all this while.
