I was advised by a younger colleague who is a nutritionist by qualifiction about my calorie intake if i want a healthier body. i have excess of about 8 kilograms based on the bmi targeted. She easily calculated on her smart hp tha i have to maintain a 1270kilocalories intake daily. She also formulated a table of interesting food choices for me to take during breakfast to dinner and supper. She helped me to come out with a projection of 2 kilogms a month which means i will lose my excess weight in 4 months.
